Do you offer your products exclusively for wholesale trade?
Yes, all the products listed on our website are exclusively for wholesale, meaning they can only be ordered in large quantities.
What is your Payment Term?
Payment terms include an irrevocable letter of credit (LC) at sight or telegraphic transfer (T/T) with at least a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% upon receipt of shipping documents via email.
What is your quality control process like?
To prevent mold, we inspect finished products after they have been thoroughly washed, glued, shaped, and dried either under the sun or in our drying systems. We ensure the products have an appropriate moisture level before packaging them in cartons or poly bags.
Consumer Usage: If products develop mold, use a damp cloth to wipe it off and then allow them to dry completely before using them again as usual.
Document fee:
The offered price is included a full set of shipping docs including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (Original or Telex)
- Certificate of Origin (CO)
- Fumigation
- Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
For shipment to Australia in which required for special Fumigation, the fumigation fee will be charged to customers.
